Quotes, estimates and bookings
Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Contracting, licensing and bonding
Atelier Northwest is presented here as a registered general contractor in Washington State. The registration number, bond and insurance figures shown on this website are illustrative sample content for a demonstration site and are not evidence of current registration. Always verify a contractor's registration, bond and insurance directly with the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries before signing anything.
Nothing on this website is an offer to perform work, a quotation, or a contract. Scope, price, schedule and warranty are established only in a signed written agreement.
Estimates, allowances and change orders
Budget bands, price ranges, per-square-foot rates, permit fees, lead times and draw percentages shown on this website are sample figures published to illustrate how the work is priced and scheduled. They are not quotations and they will differ for your property.
Where a contract uses an allowance, the allowance states in writing what it covers. Amounts below an allowance are credited in full; amounts above one are handled as a written change order, priced at added cost plus the overhead and profit percentage stated in the contract, with the schedule impact named in days.
Permits, inspections and code
Permit paths, review windows and inspection sequences described on this website are generalised illustrations for the Seattle Eastside and are not a substitute for the requirements of the authority having jurisdiction over your property. Requirements vary by city, by parcel, by code cycle and by the scope actually submitted.
Structural guidance, including any header or beam sizes shown, is illustrative only. Structural members must be sized by a licensed engineer from the actual loads on your building.
